There are times when it is handy to be able to duplicate an existing WP Show Posts list.
For example, the WP Show Posts lists for these Quick Tips are all duplicates of the first one that I set up just the way I wanted them all to display. The only things that change in each one is the Post List Name and the Terms (category name). No need to create a new one for each and go through all those settings.
I used the Duplicate Posts plugin and simply clicked ‘New Draft’ on the first one, then changed the List Name and Terms (category name). Publish. Done. Repeat as required.
That is a huge time – and mouse finger – saver when there were ten to do!
